Sorry but your reply is not correct.
My question was: “Does this starter version integrate with other third-party WP SMTP plugins, like Post SMTP for instance?”
But in your settings I can see that the PRO version is needed in order to use SMTP as in capture below:

So, again, how to use SMTP with starter free version please?

If you’ve configured SMTP on your website using the Post SMTP plugin, there’s no need to establish a separate connection with the SMTP mailer within the plugin. By default, the plugin will automatically utilize the Post SMTP resources for sending emails.
However, if you desire direct integration with SMTP through the plugin itself, you will require a paid plan.
