SMTP plugin not working

    I have my own website and I use an SMTP plugin to generate an email from my contact form. This works fine.

    I also have an Intranet site that I have replicated the same on but the plugin tells me that it cannot connect to the SMTP server. I have tried several other SMTP plugins and they give me similar errors.

    Out of desperation I used the same plugin and settings from my website on my Intranet site but this still did not work.

    I work as a Doctors surgery and out Internet connection goes through an N3 Cisco router could this be the cause of the problem? Does anyone else have trouble using the SMTP plugins through their company router on an Intranet site?

    By the way the plugin I am currently using is “Configure SMTP”.
