    Hi, thanks, I’ve been travelling but I have now reinserted the contact box and yet it is still giving me the SMTP error.

    I cannot see a way to attach a screen shot and it will not allow me to paste here but at the bottom of the form on http://www.randomdialogues.com appears

    SMTP ERROR: could not authenticate.

    I’ve checked the settings and my own hosting, I cannot find out why this is happening and I’ve not had this problem before …

    Hello!

    Apparently, you use some plugin for sending emails via SMTP. Could you tell me a name of this plugin and how did you set it? If you don’t use any plugins of this kind, you can write to the support of your hosting and ask them why your website tries to send emails via SMTP. It could be a feature of your hosting, that you didn’t set correctly.
