Could you share the official Snapschat product feed requirements with us so we can have a look if we could make this template for you?

Good news, it appeared to be pretty simple to create a feed template for Snapchat. That’s why we just pushed out a new release of our plugin containing this template. Just update to version 8.5.5 of our plugin and you should be able to create the Snapchat product catalog CSV feed.
Just select this upon configuration:

I have updated the plugin to the latest version (8.5.5) but I couldn’t see the Snapchat feed in the channels list

I have cleared the cache and login in again with no luck.

Just try de-activating and re-activating the plugin. It will forcefully reload all templates. That should solve it.
