It’s not currently possible to add icons without building your own icon font to extend the default one, I’m sorry to say.
I will record your vote for a Snapchat icon, though – thanks for the feature request!

Snapchat isn’t currently available as an icon in the popular icon fonts, although it is often requested. https://github.com/FortAwesome/Font-Awesome/issues/3906
If it becomes available as part of an icon font, that would make it easier to add to Simple Social Icons.
