• after I enabled a snippet, the site completely dead, I need to login again with the wp-recovery mode, this is the screen that I am seeing now ss I can’t delete the plugin, because I have some snippets which enabled and working inside the plugin, but the problematic one still inside, I can’t disable it, because the codesnippet’s menu is gone from the sidebar, I can’t access into the plugin now. please advise how can I solve this problem, I think I just need to disable the problematic snippet then will solve the problem, but I don’t have the menu/page to do this.

Take a look this page for instructions on how to enable snippets safe mode: https://help.codesnippets.pro/article/12-safe-mode

Once active, it will prevent all of your snippets from running, allowing you to login and deactivate or edit the snippet causing the error. Once this is done, you can disable safe mode and your site should be back to normal.
