    I must admit that I haven’t used this plugin to its fullest capacity, but there have been no issues so far.

    Hi Steve,

    I haven’t yet used most of what All in One SEO has to offer. Since I have used so little of your product, I felt that a 4 rating was appropriate at this time. I do plan on utilizing more of its capabilities. The product isn’t lacking at all in my opinion, it’s a matter of incorporating what it offers, and that’s on me. I appreciate your correspondence, it shows that you care about your product and customer feedback. — Al
