Thank you very much for the review and suggestions. The plugin includes multiples designs you can select through the “Form Settings” tab (https://resources.developers4web.com/cff/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png). However, if the existing designs are not enough, you can customize them or create your own layouts. Please, read the following blog posts:
