Social Author Bio Plugin

I recently installed the referenced plugin and I followed all of the installation steps. However, once the update is complete for my posting I can preview the update post with the author’s box but once I publish the post the author’s box does not appear on the website. I cannot understand why I can see the author’s box in the preview window but not on the site once published.

Is there something that I’m missing or did wrong?
