Social Count Plus on responsive theme?

    Hello, Im using a responsive theme and Social Count Plus plugin, but it looks there is some problem: icon should be 1 beside other, but unfortunately design broke and they are under each other. Widget is in the sidebar. How could that be fixed? I really love this plugin and would like to use it. Thanks!
