Social counters reset after https switch

I recently added an SSL to my entire website so every url is https: rather than http:

This has reset all my social media counters to 0 as it now thinks articles have never been shared.

Is there a way to make it ignore http or https so that all the counters show the correct shared numbers?

I tried editting the plugin myself and replacing http and https with just // but it hasn’t worked.
