Social Sharing Buttons Positioning

-I want to display the social share buttons just below the read more button like here
– I will be using the social warfare plugin and according to their documentation, i have to place this little code in my theme file wherever i want to display the buttons
social_warfare()-I was wondering which theme file i can plcae this code so that the buttons appear below the read more button like the picture above
