Social Theme

Hi, I’ve recently installed the social theme which has icons at the top to link to social media.
To set it up it has the codes
” href=”<link-to-profile>” >

For example, if I want to add my Facebook account I change it to:

However, this only gives me the icon and doesn’t actually link to my Facebook page.

I need to figure out how to fill in the second half of the code, the part that says:
” href=”<link-to-profile>” >

Does anyone have any ideas of what I replace ‘link-to-profile’ with?
