Soft 404 errors on category url

I can see it is a valid category but the image count is zero in your /category-sitemap.xml, I had some issues with Google finding some odd URLs from my website which I believed was any cached result because after some points it just stopped reporting.

But in any case, I would suggest a Broken link checker https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/broken-link-checker/ in case those URLs are saved at any post or page. If not, then I would say to create a redirection to redirect any /category-name/?post_type=attachment to /category-name

This should help:
