    Hello,

In the first place, thank you for the amazing work with the Complianz plugin!

I would like to block navigation until action is taken on my consent banner (accept, decline or preferences and save). But actually, when the cookie banner is displayed, it is in the foreground (first plan), but people can still click on links or navigate to another page of the website.

Can I do something with customized css (I already use it to customize my banner) or is it a premium feature only ?

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi @clementcombes,

Please find our earlier article about the addition of a “no scroll” mechanism in combination with the Soft Cookiewall attached below. It involves the addition of an MU Plugin with some additional code to handle this.

    Hello Jarno,

Thank you for your reply, but before making these changes, I don’t have any option to enable Soft cookiewall in my Complianz dashboard.

Is it because this option is only available with premium subscription ? If it is the case, can you confirm to me that your suggestion doesn’t work with the free version of the Complianz plugin?

    Thank you.
    Clément

    Hi @clementcombes,

It’s part of the Free plugin, the soft cookie wall option is available under Complianz -> Consent Banner -> Appearance -> “Show as soft cookie wall”.

Note that this setting is only available when you’re targeting an “opt-in” region such as the EU/UK though.

    Kind regards, Jarno
