Make sure that your domain is pointed to correct server. If you are not sure about nameservers, you should contact your hosting provider. Most likely your website is pointing to wrong server hence you can’t pull your website using its name.

Trying to sort this out but still can’t get it to work. Registered my domain with my host and they basically have 0 customer service. My domain states it’s active but when I try to update Namerserver I get ‘your order is inactive’.
Feeling quite frustrated about it and thinking of transferring my domain to WordPress if possible. If I transfer my domain, does it mean I can do all my
domain management via WordPress then?

What hosting package did you purchase? (1 year – Linux?)

WordPress is not a registrar. You can use it for your website (self hosted or at wordpress.com). From WHOIS, your domain does not seem to register yet. You find a new hosting provider to register your domain name and always use hosting provider which provides better support.
I’ve lodged a complain to Paypal the other day for my domain. I had a friend look into it who confirmed with you guys that my domain has not been registered yet. Funny that 20min later after lodging the claim with Paypal I’ve received a reply on my ticket.
I’m now waiting for their registrar. Hopefully this will get sorted soon so that I can finally work on my website. Thanks for all the input. Would of have no idea otherwise.
