This is an spf record problem.
What is the smtp service you are using?
I’m using the Post SMTP plugin and sending email thru my gmail account.

You are sending and recieving from the same account ?
Sometimes I receive emails, just as failure messages, or when I’m checking to make sure the emails work.
Leave the error messages.
Where do you get the normal messages ?
Any form submission/etc is sent to the same email address.
If I understand correctly, and you send a receive all your emails from the same Gmail box. This is the first time I see this error in this situation.
Just to be clear: THIS ERROR IS NOT RELATED TO THE PLUGIN,
but you can try to add a TXT record in your domain DNS like this:
v=spf1 ip4:138.197.72.34 include:_spf.google.com ~all
Which domain gets this change – and thanks for your help.
I don’t why I thought you are on google apps.
Check the plugin Email Log for the email has this message status.
hover the row and get the mail transcript content.
