Do you mind telling us when you emailed us and what errors you faced? I’d be happy to help. I don’t remember your username from any of our previous support requests.
Unfortunately if you wait close to 2 years to write we can’t but be suspicious of your intent to willingly post a negative review and comment to discredit our work.
Or, assume that this is simply a spam comment as you registered on the same day that you posted your comment. You did not even attempt to contact us through our site first, which is where we support our Pro plugin users as is clearly stated on our site and in our plugin admin panel.
