Hi,
Thank you for reaching out!
At the moment, we don’t have official documentation or tutorials available specifically for the Solace Form Builder widget. However, its usage is quite similar to the default Elementor form widget in terms of setup and structure.
Regarding the issue you’re facing, please make sure the form settings are properly configured—especially the email field—like shown here: https://prnt.sc/0mArTymg_8C1
Also, please ensure your hosting supports email sending, or that SMTP is correctly set up. If you’re still experiencing issues, feel free to share a screenshot of your form settings and your website URL so we can investigate further.
We’re here to help and appreciate your patience!
Best regards,

Hi there,
Thanks for the prompt reply and sorry for the late response. I decided to just embed a Google Form in the meantime, but I’d love for it to look a bit more slick using the form builde
The email field configuration was like this. I only entered the “To:” field because I assumed the “From” would be from the inputted text in the email field from the form…but perhaps there’s a placeholder text I need to enter in the form builder field to capture what’s entered by the user in the actual form? Did I not set it up correctly? I also haven’t looked into my hosting or SMTP. Just want to disqualify this potential issue first before I get into that.
My URL is juansucre.com
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers,
Juan

Hi Juan,
Based on the screenshot you provided, your form setup looks correct. The next step would be to check whether your hosting supports sending emails via SMTP.
If your hosting doesn’t support email sending by default, you can try using a plugin such as WP Mail SMTP to set up SMTP easily.
