I use the Disable Comments plugin on a few dozen sites and it’s a great way to ensure comments are blocked on pages, media, and/or blog posts. Without this, some of my clients would accidentally turn on comments for a page and that was a problem. This is the perfect solution to make the site more bulletproof from that perspective.
