    Hello,

I built an online store using WordPress, Blocksy Theme, and the WooCommerce plugin. I then translated the store from English to Arabic using the WPML plugin. The website has been working just fine for the past 3 months.

I installed the free version of SolidWP to try it before buying the paid version. I went through the steps of installing and setting the plugin using the built-in wizard of the plugin itself. After finishing the settings, everything was working except for the Arabic translated homepage. It was reset to a strange page that seems to belong to another theme. The English version of my website is working just as it should be. I just don’t know why my Arabic homepage vanished like that.

Once you deactivate SolidWP, the Arabic page shows up again in perfect format and function.

This made me remove the SolidWP and postpone the idea of buying it.

I then installed Wordfence Security and followed the basic settings to see if it will lead to the same problem. It didn’t and my Arabic homepage is still there, intact.

I have a 30% discount code on SolidWP that I want to make use of, and I also like the feature of being able to use YubiKey for physical security, which is not included in WordFence security.

That is why I am contacting you here to lead me to the possible reasons for the issue I faced with SolidWP.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi @tareqalamoodi, glad you reached out!

Can you please elaborate on what happens to the Arabic homepage when Solid Security is enabled? Does it show 404 on the frontend? Does it still exist on your WP Admin > Pages?

Do you see any changes to your .htaccess rules (ex. the RewriteBase) when Solid Security is enabled with WPML? I’m trying to see if the plugin rules are somehow conflicting with WPML rules. If there are changes, can you try this solution to see if it helps? Please try it on a staging site first to ensure there won’t be critical errors.

Please let me know how it goes.
