Solr HTTP error: OK (500)

    Hello,
    I am using WPSOLR – 14.8 on wordpress 4.5.3. My solr was working fine but suddenly got an error. and i am trying to save index. But unable to save. please help. Getting error given below::

    HTTP Status 500 - {msg=SolrCore 'myindex' is not available due to init failure: Index locked for write for core

    It’s a Solr error, not WPSOLR.

    Google a solution.

    Hello Wpsolr, Thanks for the quick reply, Could you please elaborate it a bit more? As i checked everything and couldnt find anything as i am not a techie. Any help would be appreciable.

    I do not support Solr issues.
