    Hello,

    We are using the Email Customizer for WooCommerce plugin to customize our automatic emails, but we are having some issues or malfunctions and don’t know if it has to do with this plugin or directly with Woocommerce.

    The normal Woocommerce emails work properly (new order, processing order, new account…), but we have other automatic emails that are not being sent. The tests work, but not the “real” email.

    A time ago, we installed a plugin for a Points Program and, at the begining, everything was going well. The automatic emails related to this program (for example, updated points) were added automatically to Woocommerce and to the plugin. We customized it and we received the emails properly, but suddenly, one day. stopped working.

    The SMTP is well configured and the other emails are sent without problem.

    Do you know what could be happening? Could you help us with this?

    There’s a number of reasons why emails are not being received when they are sent from your site.

    What I would suggest is to check if the emails are actually being sent (and not received), or if they are not being sent to begin with. For that, I suggest using a plugin called WP Mail Logging.

    If WP Mail Logging shows the email being sent, but it’s not received, that means that the issue is not with WordPress/WooCommerce, and it could be with the SMTP provider, or your webhost, or on the receiver’s end. You will need to troubleshoot with your SMTP provider and your host.

    If WP Mail Logging shows the email as not being sent, you will see an error message as well, which could point you in the right direction and give you some information about what might be wrong.

    Finally, if the email is not listed at all in WP Mail Logging, there might be something else going. If that is the case, let us know and we can check into some other things.
