Hello,
TranslatePress should not impact your site’s default language content.
Could you please check if these dynamic blocks appear in Azerbaijani (the default language) when you deactivate TranslatePress?
Kind regards,
Anca

I’m sorry, the default language of the website is English. When I deactivate TranslatePress, everything works fine (the English version remains, the Azerbaijani version disappears), but only the homepage gives a 404 error. If you could provide me with an email address, I would send you the credentials so you could log in and take a look, please.

Hello,
Could you please enable the ‘Fix missing dynamic content’ option from TranslatePress → Advanced Settings →Troubleshooting and check if this resolves the issue?
Also, could you please test if the problem still persists when only TranslatePress and the theme are active on the site, with all other plugins deactivated?
Are these dynamic blocks added by the theme or by another plugin?
If they are not generated by the theme, could you please activate the Twenty Twenty theme and check if these dynamic blocks still appear in the additional language?
Kind regards.

Could you please enable the ‘Fix missing dynamic content’ option from TranslatePress → Advanced Settings → Troubleshooting and check if this resolves the issue? – I’ve checked, unfortunately, it didn’t yield any results.
Also, could you please test if the problem still persists when only TranslatePress and the theme are active on the site, with all other plugins deactivated? – I’ve tested it, the problem occurs only when Elementor is activated.
Are these dynamic blocks added by the theme or by another plugin? – These blocks are specific to the theme itself.
If they are not generated by the theme, could you please activate the Twenty Twenty theme and check if these dynamic blocks still appear in the additional language?
