Some bugs with search

Hi,

I noticed some bugs using the search component.

If I search something, for example “Prova”, and select “Search in all post”, nothing is showing.

But if search the same word “Prova” only in titles, the post will show up with a bug.

The “relevance” also shows a strange number, can you please check that?
