There is the following fatal error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get() on null in public_html/wp-content/plugins/paypal-for-woocommerce/angelleye-includes/express-checkout/class-wc-gateway-paypal-express-helper-angelleye.php:551
which blocks the request to the rest API.

have you updated Paypal for Woocommerce to version 2.5.1?
We had the same issue – got in touch with the developer and they resolved it.

@gbruzzo thanks for this, I am on version 1.5.7 which is paypal-for-woocommerce … can I just upgrade from github? Seems like the plugin name has changed and will require some reconfiguration on our end?

I updated the plugin to 2.5.2 this morning and am still experiencing the same issue.
@sstoqnov are you still seeing this error?
