Some Countries Not Showing

    Our client is based in the United States, but has international locations. However, when searching by country, some locations aren’t showing in the results. For example, if I search for France, all 3 locations show. But if I search for Australia, it shows no results, even though we have 3 locations there, too. Even more confusing is that if I reset the map to show the entire globe, Australia locations display.

    Ideas? I’ve cleared the Map Region, but that didn’t work.

    When a search is made the start point is set to the center of whatever you searched for. So the center of New York, Sydney or in this case Australia. The problem when you search for countries is the used search radius, in this case the default is set to 13 miles, which is to low to capture everything in Australia

    In a city / town there is a big chance locations ( if they exist nearby ) will fall within the set search radius, but this doesn’t work that well when you search for a country.

    If you want to search for countries, and be sure it always returns all the results, then you will have to increase the default search radius. You can do this on the settings page, the default it set between [].
