    Try temporarily activate standard WordPress theme and checking if the problem persists.
    We hope you understand that we can’t test our products with all other plugins and themes that are available on the market, and we can’t control the other developers. Therefore bad code of other plugins or templates can provoke a lot of problems.

    For a more detailed analysis – could you provide a link to the site where the problem can be seen?

    Yes, you are right. After switching to the basic template – the problem disappeared.
