Some css tweaks

It is your WP theme that is applying the styling to the input fields, so you’ll need to add CSS rules that override the theme CSS. I can’t tell you exactly what to do, but in most cases there is a “Custom CSS” page under the Appearance menu that is a good place to put modifications like that.
