Some custom settings

hi,
in my site http://goo.gl/8lE9XX i insert the flag using some code in header.php (this is the code <?php echo qtrans_generateLanguageSelectCode('image'); ?> ) and some in css (`.qtrans_language_chooser { list-style-type:none }
.qtrans_language_chooser li { float:left; margin-right:1px }`).
My questions are 2:
1) how i can set the dimensions of the new icon that i change?
2) how i can set the position of the flag (distance from left and top)?
