update: for the lost password i receive the default wordpress email

Can you give me more information about each step of the process that you took when you were going through the help document?
I ask because on a vanilla WordPress install, there haven’t been any reports of this happening or being an issue so am interested in knowing at what point the issue might be occurring.

i wen trough the help document which took a lot of time, the emails are logged in the log email plugin, the postman plugin works fine, as i said i only receive the New User – Welcome Email

Ok, so the New User Registration – For User email is sent out and registers in the Email Log plugin but you’re not receiving it. Is that right?

no hat i am receiving is New User Registration – For User email (it works perfectly fine)
but the New User Registration- FOR USERS and the Lost password are the ones i am not receiving i get the wordpress default unstead

Are either the New User Registration – For User or Lost Password emails being logged in the Email Log plugin?
New User – Welcome Email email : is logged
New User Registration – For User: not logged
Lost Password emails: not logged
unstead the default worpress are logged

It sounds like a theme or another plugin is conflicting.
What theme are you using?
