Some emails not sent

Hello,
I have Fluent SMTP connected to 365. Many emails are sent correctly first time, but some (contact form, forgot password, order received and sales notification) are not sent.
I installed WP Mail Logging which shows me that the emails are correctly generated but they just don’t get sent, whereas many others (new customers, another form, Wordfence notifications and many more) all work immediately.
Using the log in WP Mail Logging I can resend successfully, which is even more unfathomable.
