Some entry fields not exporting

THIS PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED!

I am able to export, but some of the fields are empty when I export them. I have made them required, and I can see that they have data in them when I click on the individual entry within the WordPress Dashboard … but this data is not exporting!

I had no problems exporting the form entries in February and March. Then on 4/5/2013, 11:26:53 PM the problem began. I have 3 forms on my site, and this is occurring on only 1 of the forms. In addition, the 3 empty fields that are not exporting are repeated at the right of the .csv file.

I am using Version 2.7.1 of the plugin. Please help ASAP as I have a deadline to meet!

Matthew, have you figured it out? Will I be able to export my fields?

Yes, and I have an update planned for all of my VFB plugins + add-ons tomorrow (unrelated to this fix). Your patience is appreciated. I do not work ‘ASAP’. You are not the only person using this plugin and there are lots of other things that need to be done.

Hello Matthew,

it seems for me there is the same problem that is described above. Exporting used to work fine but this time, the data of the entries that I need is not exporting. It would be great if you could respond to this. I can access the data but putting them into an excel manually will take hours…

I’m encountering this issue now, too. Any field that has an apostrophe is omitted from my exports.

I changed the form, but that didn’t help. I have more than 1,000 entries I need exported and I’m missing the very columns I want!

I was able to get into my database and see that my changes were reflected there, but the export is not changing at all.

HELP! I’m using the current version of the Pro form builder.

Is there a plugin conflict somewhere?

Jeremygregg…what plugins have you installed recently…or modified? I’m trying to figure something out even if Matt isn’t going to help.
