Some feature requests

This is a great basic form creator but it doesn’t fully replace the functionality of something like jotform.

It needs signature field, pdf delivery, form fields to include in html, more conditional rules and read only fields.

If we take an example of using a membership agreement for a gym or fitness studio you’ll see how these features are important. Signature is a given where the user can sign the form with their finger or mouse. The ability to email a pdf copy to the user is also important.

Form fields inside the HTML field type would allow the agreement to be personalized with their name and various other options that were filled out in the prior fields.

More conditional rules such as “DO” logic. Basically it says if a field value = X then DO this. One of those would be to calculate a field or fill in a value to another field. To give an example, if they select a membership type from a select field of “Monthly 6X” then it would fill in 2 more fields with “Number of classes/month = 6” and “Monthly Cost = $99”.

Finally, I would want to make those fields that were filled in by the condition to be read only so they can’t be changed.

Until these can be implemented we’ll still have to use more than one program to cover all our form needs.
