Some fields not being included

    Hi guys – first off, thanks for an epic plugin! Really appreciate all the hard work!

    I have a strange issue. on one site, everything but email address and phone number are being included in the email that the site owner gets.

    Can you think of a reason why just these two fields would not appear in the email the site owner gets when a potential customer of theirs fills in their contact form?

    Hi @merylpixelmagic,

    Glad to hear your thoughts about the plugin. 🙂

    Regarding your concern, in general, the email notifications configured for the admin would have the following macro:
    {all_fields}

    The above macro should have ensured all the fields would get listed in the Email response. Maybe the email notification was tweaked further?

    We’ll have to check the existing form settings to better understand what might be causing it.

    Could you please share the form export so we can look closely at its existing configuration?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.
