some files are missing

    some files in my wordpress like wp-content/upload, wp-content/upgrade are missing and i am not able to perform specific task due to this. How can i over come this problem. Is it possible to create upload and upgrade files manually?

    when i upload something there is an error like this….Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2016/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
    …..this is my error how can i get rid of this error

    use a plugin like Groups, http://www.itthinx.com/plugins/groups/, or Members, https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/members/

    The answer is in the question. The ownership and/or permissions on wp-content/uploads and/or wp-content/uploads/2016 is incorrect.

    1. Where are you hosting?

    2. How did you set up the site?

    3. What is the ownership and permissions for wp-content/uploads and, if it exists, wp-content/uploads/2016?
