Some formatting issues on the admin side

    Something to point out, I noticed there are some formatting issues with some of the more basic areas in the admin section. I hope this helps somehow.

    1) Any drop down fields are hard to read once you hover over them or click to drop them down to select something. Once you do, the text turns a mid/dark blue and conflicts with the dark background.

    Example:

    2) When editing a post within the classic editor, certain tool tips (popups) are blank. For example, after editing a link, if you hover over the edit or remove link buttons, the tool tips are white on white (blank).

    Also, we have looked into the second issue that you mentioned. We have checked it using the Classic editor, and it works fine. For your clarity, we attach a screenshot
