Some improvements

Surveys is a good plugin, but has been a while since the last update. I’ve made some changes to the plugin:

• Changes to avoid warnings in debug mode.
• In newer wordpress versions the translations didn’t work, I’ve changed all code to make it working again, using the WordPress translation way. Use the new template (pot) file to translate the plugin to your language.
• When deleting a survey, the results answers aren’t cleared completely, this has been corrected.
• Improvement: When a registered user is filling a survey, once he has submited last question, the user name and his email is shown in the last optional form to submit.
• Improvement: new spanish translation
