    Hi there 🙂 !

    I’m using your amazing plugin, but I’ve encountered some issues:

    1) The “Image Overlay” for video Element only works “in place”. I mean, I can see the image when customizing, but when I make an order the received email does not display “Image Overlay” at all.

    2) When customizing I can see the same font-family in all Elements, but the received email displays the font-family that he want randomly.

    3) I’ve set a 50px of spacing for Social Icons, but in the received email they are side by side with no separation at all.

    How can I solve this problems?

    Hi @albridi ,

    Thanks for using YayMail!

    1. Can you test that with a web Gmail view to see if this overlay shows?

    2. Yes, this is pretty normal, because YayMail is only integrated with popular fonts recognized by popular email viewers, but it does not control how a specific email viewer displays the texts in whatever fonts.

    3. You should check this case too with Gmail and see if the issue is still there.

    Why recommending you check via Gmail?

    ==> Because, Gmail is a popular email viewer and it handles CSS well, some email viewers may not handle CSS well, this is the problem with them not YayMail. So sometimes, you might need to update your email viewers, maybe they fix some patches in new updates.

    Hi Bruce, thanks for your hyper quick response 🙂 !

    Ok, verified with Gmail (PC web browser and Android app). I can confirm the following:

    1) No Overlay at all. The image is not displayed.

    2) Fonts are displayed as expected 🙂 . Is it not possible to assign a single font to the entire layout? I mean, is it possible to set it to “Roboto” or “Arial” instead of “Helvetica, Roboto, Arial, Sans-serif”?

    3) Icons show a little separation. I think I’m going to put them at 100%, more to my liking 🙂 .

    I’ve checked Social Icons again in Gmail and even at 100% there’s no difference. The distance remains the same, a little apart, but not all the way along the container.

    Hi Bruce, thanks for supporting 🙂 !

    If you’re referring to the TeamViewer software, I’m sorry, I can’t have TeamViewer sessions for security reasons.

    Anyway, the most concerning issue for me is the Overlay Image of the video Element. Could you check if it works for you in Gmail (using Chrome on desktop and mobile)?

    Yes, this overlay issue in fact had been confirmed to be a general issue that is being worked on right now, we will release a new update once its fixed.
