I’ve installed curl, but I still receive the error message:

Getting datafile CURL_NOT_INSTALLED

And I’ve this error message too:

Remote file not found or WordPress version is not supported. Yo could try again later (few hours). Contact tech support if it repeats.
Stage: get_cms_hashes
But WordPress version is 6.2.2 and I don’t know which remote file is not found

Hello @esencial.

Please, check that PHP options “CURL support” and “allow_url_fopen” enabled in your website PHP settings (php.ini file).

Check if our IPs are available from your webserver: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses

Then click “Synchronize with Cloud” button in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page. Are the errors gone?
