Some items not improved after activate litespeed cache

Hi
At the first I want to appreciate for your useful plugin.
I made all enhancement but so many items are not improved based on Pagespeed Insights:
E.g.
Reduce unused CSS,
Eliminate render-blocking resources,
Reduce unused JavaScript,
Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy.

I don’t know how to improve this items using lightspeed cache plugin please suggest me some improvements.
