    I have a problem where some items from our Woocommerce store will not sync with Zettle. The items get the following error message – “Not synced Not syncable - Undefined status code, check WC logs”.
    
    The error log in Woocommerce gives the following - 
    
    2022-10-27T07:22:07+00:00 INFO TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Inpsyde\Zettle\PhpSdk\Validator\WordPressImageValidator::validateImageSize() must be of the type int, string given, called in /wp-content/plugins/zettle-pos-integration/modules/zettle-php-sdk/src/Validator/WordPressImageValidator.php on line 114 in /wp-content/plugins/zettle-pos-integration/modules/zettle-php-sdk/src/Validator/WordPressImageValidator.php:156
    
    If I remove the associated item images the items sync. If I add the images back, the error recurs. There are no odd characters in the file names, and the items show as expected on our website Products and sync to Facebook fine.
    
    Can you help please.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
    Have you tried adjusting the image before you upload it again? I have seen instances in the past with the same issue/error where they could adjust the image (size, dimensions, type) and it would start working when the new version was uploaded. Try creating a simple JPG below 1000x1000px and see if that version will help the product sync.

    It could also be affected by a bulk upload of products via CSV; in those cases, you might need to go into the products and save them manually before they start uploading correctly (or mark them as draft and then published in bulk).

    Let me know if any of these options helps you resolved the issue.

    I changed the image size to 721 x 1000, re-uploaded and got the same error. I deleted the product, recreated it from scratch and have the same problem.

    I changed status to draft, then back to published and still have the error. I’m baffled.

    This is really strange, if you want to share the full logs and system report, but don’t want to share this on a public forum, you can open a direct ticket with us via our service desk following these instructions.

    We can take a closer there and see what else we can do to get this resolved.
