For issue # 01 and 02 , It might be a conflict of your installed plugin. For testing purpose, can you please deactivate plugins one by one and see if this issue is fixed or not.
For issue # 03, we are working on fixing this issue. We will fix the issue and will release the update very soon.

for problem 1 and 2 I checked to deactivate with all installed plugins but could not find a solution… therefore I changed the phone input field to text field for the moment to avoid these Js and error problems it works fine…
you can check on that phone input field too to help you troubleshoot.
for the 3rd problem please give us the update soon, awaiting…

The phone number issue is not yet solved.. https://snipboard.io/hF9L6T.jpg tried to change the theme to twenty theme but still the same error… disabled all the pugins then too not working
please check into the problem…. it works when it is changed to text field but not phone field…

We have checked the plugin and it is working fine. Please update the plugin and also the WordPress to the latest version and then test. If issue still exist then ask your developer to rectify the issue for you.
