Some keywords blocking forms on the website.

    Hi Support,

    There aresome keywords added under the section Settings-> Discussion-> Disallowed Comment Keys in the website backend as we were getting lot of spam on the website. We found that one word “web” was in a lot of the spam coming through, we have added this also in this list. But this blocks forms on the website. It blocks form submission and throws error –
    “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
    If we remove this word, then forms are working fine.
    Can you please clarify why adding this word prevent all the forms from working?

    Because “web” is too generic? As it is “web form” on a “web site” that users use with their “web browser”, which might use the “WebKit” engine, it is no surprise that almost all submission include the term.
