Well, I have faced this problem without using an SMTP plugin so I installed “WP mail SMTP” which is one of the best in this field but the problem still occurs sometimes.

In order to solve my first problem I tried multiple possible solutions, one of them was to deactivate the yaymail plugin and reactivate it but after the activation the plugin didn’t work qnd shows “oops, something went wrong”
Any help with that?!

I think the issue with messages not getting sent cannot be associated with YayMail, since it doesn’t control that function on your site, so you should try and debug with the authos of your SMTP plugin authors.
Regarding the new case, could you please send a screenshot showing exactly where such error is showing?
