Some (not all) clients cannot send a message

Some of our clients told us that they cannot send a message. A spining wheel keeps spining on their side, and Flamingo does not receive their message on our side.
“Switching to the default theme” seems a common solution, but since this happens only in some cases (in fact, Flamingo catches spam messages daily, like Eric Jones), we wonder if something else causes this problem (possiblt the client’s environment?).
Any idea?

I’ve seen a common solution on the forum; deactivate all plugins except for Contact Form 7 and activate one by one to see what happens. But unfortunately this does not work because Contact Form 7 works normally on our side.
