Resize font doesn’t do anything to the website, only the WP Accessibility Helper menu. Readable font only changes the website menu and doesn’t change the rest of the page.

Could you please send me plugin version and screenshot of admin panel. I want to check, wich font resize option you checked.

Select script base option on font resize option and clear your cache.
