Some orders hidden in overview

    Hi,
    When I look at the overview of all orders there are some orders that do not show up but I can see them in Paypal. And I can get to them by typing in the URL. So they are there, just hiding.

    All orders hiding were generated on black friday but it is only 6 random orders of the 48 orders we got.

    I cannot find any similarity to the 6 missing orders. All were processed fine and the money has been captured etc.

    How can I get all orders to show and why did this happen in the first place?

    Hi,

    Do the hidden orders have a different status? Are you using a plugin to customise statuses at all?

    My suspicion is that an irregular status has been assigned to these orders.

    Beyond that it’s hard to diagnose without access to your site I’m afraid. If you’re a WooCommerce customer I’d recommend opening a ticket.
