    Hi There,

    For some reason we have a bug in the plugin whereby some orders for only 1 specific product variation randomly get stuck in processing and do not get marked as completed. All other products work fine.

    They are all digital and downloadable products, the rest work fine, but only this specific variation does not.

    What could be causing this? We have checked with payment provider and on their end everything is functioning correctly.

    We are running version 3.3.8

    Hi There,

    All the orders are being placed through Stripe. We have checked on Stripe and all those orders have been processed successfully.

    Some of them just randomly get stuck in processing and do not get marked as completed.
