    Hello @busireddi

This is a generic error from WordPress, and when this occurs a more detailed error message is then sent to the admin email for WordPress. Can you please check for this email and let us know the detailed error information that WordPress logged?

Can you confirm you tried installing v14.2 of Yoast SEO for WordPress? If so, please do check if you have met the plugin requirements here — https://yoast.com/help/plugin-requirements/

    Hi @busireddi ,

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having when uploading the plugin to your site. If you wish to complete install the plugin from scratch, you can do so. You can remove the Yoast folder via FTP and re-upload new plugin files. You may follow the steps in this article: https://yoast.com/help/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/#ftp.
